Most items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. However, items that are sourced from external locations are subject to availability with the supplier. Please Note that we do not process orders without this confirmation call.

The item will be eligible for return only if the following criteria are met:
- The product is unused.
- Labels and tags are not removed.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size.
- You received a damaged product.
- Items on sale are not acceptable for return.
- Change of mind is not acceptable.
- We deliver quality products, if you have any issues with the quality of a product reach out to our team first. You will be asked to send a video proof and our team will analyze and approve the return request first.
Return requests originating from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad, and Peshawar are handled via Leopards. Customers who wish to return items are required to do the following:
- Call Ajmery Customer Service and request a return.
- Log in the reason for your returning the item with our staff.
- You will be asked to provide video proof of your complaint.
- Our team will check the issue and approve it for Refund or Exchange.
- Send your parcel back to us.
- We will send a replacement item in exchange or refund your amount.
NOTE: Your request for a refund or exchange will not be approved if it does not meet our Return Policy clearly mentioned on this page and on the return form. If a customer returns the parcel without getting approval from our team, he/she will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
At Ajmery, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher.
