Shipping Information

We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/SMS from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. However, items that are sourced from external locations are subject to availability with the supplier.

We will charge a flat rate of Rs.200 for delivery.

International shoppers have the option to view prices in US Dollars and Euros. All international Orders are shipped via DHL with a projected delivery time of 8-10 business days and standard shipping rates apply. Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly track your shipment with the tracking number provided or call our Customer Service desk for speedy resolution.

Return requests originating from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad and Peshawar are handled via Blu Ex. Returning a product from these cities involves:

Unfortunately, there is a strict no-returns policy for International Orders at

  1. Major Cities in Pakistan

    1. Call Ajmery Customer Service and request a return.
    2. Log in the reason for your returning the item with our staff.
    3. Our courier partner is instructed to collect the items from you.
    4. We will send a replacement item in exchange OR
    5. We will issue you a refund coupon once the items reach our warehouse, You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like.
  2. Everywhere Else in Pakistan

    1. Take the item to any courier office near you.
    2. Send us the packet at given address (A-582 Gulshan-e-Hadeed Phase-1 Karachi)
    3. Courier staff will immediately provide you with a tracking code for your item.
    4. Once you have the tracking code, inform Ajmery Customer Services.
    5. We will not keep you waiting! A refund voucher will be directly issued to you once you provide us the tracking code.

At Ajmery, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send an order cancellation request to Ajmery Customer Service at or call us on (0306) 2423109  and we will take care of everything!

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher.
